Regulations
To face this issue, French authorities have launched several actions.
Public policies : A French mediterranean mooring strategy has been published in June 2019. It aims to define guidelines and give priority to actions in terms of regulations and mooring organisation.
These actions are part of the program of measures of the plan d’action du milieu marin 2016 - 2021.

In order to help potentiel project holders to start a mooring organisation project, a tool box is under construction. It will clarify the requested authorizations, the potential public subsidies, the environmental guidelines, etc
At the french mediterranean scale, different regulations have been taken.
